Silverado Encinitas is a unique Memory Care community in Encinitas, CA and less than a mile from the beach. A special offering of the community comes upon paying the community fee at move-in: residents get a total of 72 hours of one-on-one caregiving in the first 3 days or spread over the course of a week and a half. Overall, Silverado Encinitas arranges its activities schedule to encourage the highest level of engagement among its residents. In turn, residents interact with others and enjoy a range of activities to reduce isolation.
At this community, residents engage in various activities like cooking classes, walking clubs, book clubs and other activity programs to build self-esteem and maintain dignity. Upon touring the community, you might also see various animals roaming the property. Silverado is renowned for its activity programs and socialization to give residents a sense of purpose. In 2016, it began undergoing a large renovation. The staff takes its time to learn about each individual resident and personalize any activities and/or care plans accordingly.
