Its facilities are spectacular and state-of-the-art, and sit on an enormous property that resembles a vacation resort. The main common area of the community is called the “Plaza.” It has an Olympic-sized swimming pool, beauty salon, full gym, library, chapel, health clinic, credit union theater, gardens, bistro, restaurant and more. No expense was spared in the construction of Paradise Village. In 2016, it finished construction of its premier Memory Care facility.

Paradise Village looks and feels more like a vacation resort than a senior community. There are a number of luxurious features and amenities, conveniences and daily scheduled activities. The apartments are large and equipped with a full kitchen, storage space, washer/dryer, patio or balcony, and a lot of space.
The capacity of Paradise Village is 500+. Plus, the community makes it easy for residents to stay engaged with various events and activities in or outside of the community. Paradise Village offers many luxurious features at an affordable rate, relative to other properties in San Diego. Its location is part of the reason for that. However, Paradise Village is an outstanding senior living community with resort-like features.
The community features a tennis court, putting green, sculptures, murals, a full-sized gym, heated swimming pool, theater, chapel, billiards lounge, clinic, credit union, bistro and more.

Paradise Village is situated in the South Bay of San Diego in Chula Vista, CA. After a short 10-minute drive, there is Downtown San Diego and Balboa Park, which offers fine dining, museums, hiking trails, shopping, Seaport Village, Gaslamp, the San Diego Harbor and more. From some parts of the Paradise Village community, residents can see the ocean and downtown. It purchased an adjacent lot and built a state-of-the-art Memory Care building.
The landscape at Paradise Village is well maintained and peaceful. While there are some older properties in the surrounding area, the South Bay is an up and coming area of San Diego.
