General Information

Watercrest Naples, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, is currently in construction and will be opening in 2018. This innovative community presents a modern, attractive community that delivers top-notch care in a luxurious environment.

Residents will enjoy all-day dining in a restaurant-style dining room, wine tasting, a full-service salon and spa, poolside relaxation and a full selection of activities and events. Future residents will choose from an assortment of spacious apartment layouts, each complete with a spa bathroom, closets, kitchenette and washer and dryer. Large, open living spaces, a gym and concierge services lend to the feeling of resort style living.

Watercrest Naples does not just focus on providing a beautiful community, the team seeks to provide the best care as well. Employees are all trained as Certified Dementia Practitioners, nurses are on site 24 hours a day and licensed nurses are administering medications, not med-techs. A rigorous hiring process allows Watercrest to find the best caregivers who are willing and able to serve the residents with kindness and love. Building Features: The community has a coastal design that feels right at home in South Florida. Watercrest Naples has all the high-end finishes and grandeur that one would expect in a seaside resort but it also has the comforts of home. This community is complete with a pool, verandas, outdoor living spaces, large community areas and a full-service salon and spa. The Memory Care portion of the community has the innovative Market Street design which incorporates a small, town-square into the middle of the community. The residents can enjoy the feeling of being outdoors or sitting under a tree without actually being outdoors. There is even a bakery, post office and other shops for them to visit and enjoy.

No, Watercrest Naples only requires a month-to-month contract.

What types of health assessments are performed routinely?

Health assessments are conducted before the resident moves into the community, upon move-in and again 30 days after moving. A personalized service plan is put into place when a resident moves in and if there is not a change of condition, residents are re-evaluated every 6 months moving forward.

What types of community events does Watercrest Naples offer?

Watercrest Naples offers a full activity calendar as well as several community outings to local museums, restaurants and community events.

Are the apartments furnished at Watercrest Naples ?

No, the apartments are not furnished and residents are able to bring their familiar items from home.
